Product Certification. Upon acceptance by Red Hat into the TPP, Partner may certify to Red Hat that Partner Products are interoperable and supported with Red Hat Products as set forth in the Program Guide (such Partner Products may be described as “Red Hat Certified” or “Certified”) . For Certified Partner Products, Partner will conduct ongoing testing of Partner Products to validate interoperability with the relevant Red Hat Product(s). Partner will also ensure that its staff has sufficient technical knowledge to support Certified Partner Products running in combination with the applicable Red Hat Product(s). To facilitate such support, Partner may purchase Developer Support subscriptions from Red Hat which will entitle Partner’s developers to obtain technical support related to development issues from Red Hat. Notwithstanding any assistance from Red Hat with development issues, Partner is solely responsible for the development and technical support of Partner Products.
Product Certification. Each Party certifies that none of the Products covered by this Agreement were derived from crude petroleum, petrochemical, or gas which was produced or withdrawn from storage in violation of any federal, state or other governmental law, nor in violation of any rule, regulation or promulgated by any governmental agency having jurisdiction in the premises.
Product Certification. Weekly samples from Product will be sent to an outside laboratory of Gavilon’s choosing for testing by Producer to ensure the Product conforms to the specifications in Section 3.4. The results of such test will be forwarded from Producer to Gavilon upon receipt at the Facility.
Product Certification. (i) Biochrom shall manufacture the Products in strict conformance with all agreed applicable requirements, such as CE Marking, UL, IEC, CSA, MHLW, CCC, or equivalent applicable regulatory body, each as may be modified from time to time, and maintain the same at Biochrom’s sole expense. Unless agreed to otherwise in writing, if a party proposes a change in purchase specification, that party shall be responsible for any additional Product certification or regulatory approval costs that may be necessary. See the Compliance section of Attachment B.
(ii) Upon GE Healthcare’s request, Biochrom shall provide GE Healthcare, GE Healthcare’s notified body, or the appropriate regulatory authority, with a copy of all regulatory certification reports including, but not limited to, technical documentation (set up according to Annexes II.4, or III from EU Directives 90/385/CEE- 93/42/CEE; Annexe VII from Directive 93/42/CEE; the annexe from Directive 2003/32/CE; and Annexe III from Directive 98/79/CE). Biochrom shall also comply, at its own costs, with international quality standards ISO9001:2000 as may be modified from time to time.
Product Certification. The products of the Bidder must have certification of quality given by the Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS) and acceptable to Bank. The products should be based on latest technology for the specific requirement.
Product Certification. All of the Product provided by Yeso-med under this Agreement shall be manufactured in accordance with the specifications provided under this Agreement and with applicable quality system regulations, and Yeso-med shall provide RMCP written certification by Certificate of Compliance thereof as reasonably requested and in such form as is appropriate. 9.
Product Certification. Certificates shall be delivered by a Certification Body. Only certified produ4cts or certified components shall be authorised to bear the Current/OS certification mark and are eligible to be listed on the Website.
Product Certification. PointRed expects that GAS will use its best efforts to comply with the radio frequency laws of the countries in which GAS sells PointRed Products and receive Product Certification - continued identifiers for their product modifications to PointRed Products in the countries in which GAS sells PointRed Products. GAS will use the "product" specific PointRed identifiers for radio frequency certification and infer that they have approval for their "product". Any modifications of electrical, radio frequency, and/or software protocol products from PointRed will be the sole responsibility of the GAS.
Product Certification. Seller shall maintain at its expense UL, IEC, CE and CSA or equivalent listings acceptable to Buyer for all Products. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, if a party proposes a change in purchase specifications pursuant to Article 13, such party shall be responsible for any additional product certification costs that may be necessary.
Product Certification. UL Contracting Party conducts a full performance evaluation of the meter with independent third-party testing or independent test auditing. The program includes all of the applicable requirements in the identified standard(s). Surveillance audits (follow-up) are conducted on a periodic basis to verify the meter’s continued compliance with the requirements. Continued participation in this service is contingent upon acceptable completion of the surveillance audits. Upon successful completion of the testing UL Contracting Party will make a certification decision based on the information gathered during the evaluation process and, if found to be in compliance with the applicable technical and program requirements, issue a Certificate of Conformance and authorize the use of one or more Marks. The product will be included in the UL Contracting Party’s directory of certified products for this service.
