Product Charges Clause Samples
Product Charges. Fees for the Products are based on a license metric that may be related to enterprise size, enterprise revenue, number of users or other measurement as stated in the Call-Off (the “License Metric”). If the License Metric is based on “Named Users,” separate log-in credentials are required for each person using the Products and the log-in credentials may not be shared.
Product Charges. (A) For hydrocarbon feedstocks supplied by TDCC under this Agreement, UCC shall pay to TDCC the Net Supply Cost thereof.
(B) For monomers and aromatics supplied by TDCC under this Agreement, UCC shall pay to TDCC the Net Supply Cost thereof.

(B) For fuels supplied by DHR LLC under this Agreement, UCC shall pay to DHR LLC the Net Supply Cost thereof.
(C) For monomers and aromatics supplied by DHR LLC under this Agreement, UCC shall pay to DHR LLC the Net Supply Cost thereof.
(D) For electricity supplied by DHR LLC under this Agreement, UCC shall pay to DHR LLC the Net Supply Cost thereof.
