Common use of Product Credit Request Clause in Contracts

Product Credit Request. Licensee must submit a written request to claim a Product Credit no later than thirty (30) days following the event which gives rise to Licensee’s right to the Product Credit. Failure to request a Product Credit within such period shall constitute a waiver of any claim for a Product Credit.
