Common use of Product Dating Clause in Contracts

Product Dating. All Products supplied to Members must have an expiration date of at least three (3) years from the date of manufacture and have a least a six (6) month shelf life from the date of acceptance of the Product by the Member. For Products that have an expiration dates less than six (6) months, Vendor will (A) discount the Product no less than twenty percent (20%); (B) Member must be notified and provided written consent before delivery; and (C) Products must be usable for at least fifteen (15) days on the date received by Member.
