Product Delivery Capability Clause Samples

The Product Delivery Capability clause defines the supplier's obligation to ensure they have the necessary resources, systems, and processes in place to deliver the agreed products to the buyer as specified in the contract. This may include requirements for maintaining adequate inventory, meeting delivery schedules, and adhering to quality standards. By setting clear expectations for the supplier's ability to fulfill orders, this clause helps prevent delays, shortages, or quality issues, thereby ensuring reliable and consistent product delivery.
