Common use of Product Description Clause in Contracts

For purposes of this Settlement Agreement, “Products” are defined as, and limited to, the Oolong tea identified in Xxxxxx’x Notice that is sold and distributed for sale in California by Starwest and specifically identified as the Starwest Botanicals Oolong Tea, #401065-4, UPC #7 67963 14218 4, without regard to whether the Products are sold in individual units, cases, containers, or in bulk quantities.
