Product Disclosure Statement. If you choose to apply for or acquire a particular financial product we will also provide you with a Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) on behalf of the issuer. The PDS contains information to assist you in making an informed decision about the particular product including its features, benefits, fees and risk associated with that product. Abico is authorised to advise and deal in general insurance products to wholesale and/or retail clients. We will do this either for you, as your broker or as an agent for the insurer in which case we will act under a binder from the Insurer. When we act under a binder we will represent and act for the insurer, not for you. We will tell you when we act under a binder to arrange your insurance or advise you about your insurance needs. We maintain a record of your personal profile, including details of insurance policies that we have arranged for you. We may also maintain records of any recommendations or advice given to you. We will retain this FSG and any other FSG given to you as well as any SOA or PDS that we give or pass on to you for the period required by law.

The notice shall specify the Engineer's firm name, the name of the person who submitted the notification, the contract number, the district, division, or office of TxDOT that is principally responsible for the contract, the name of the relevant Engineer employee, the expected role of the Engineer employee on the project, the name of the TxDOT employee who is a relative of the Engineer employee, the title of the TxDOT employee, the work location of the TxDOT employee, and the nature of the relationship. C. By executing this contract, the Engineer is certifying that the Engineer does not have any knowledge that any of its employees or of any employees of a subcontractor who are expected to work under this contract have a relative that is employed by TxDOT unless the Engineer has notified TxDOT of each instance as required by subsection (b). D. If the Engineer learns at any time that any of its employees or that any of the employees of a subcontractor who are performing work under this contract have a relative who is employed by TxDOT, the Engineer shall notify TxDOT under subsection (b) of each instance within thirty days of obtaining that knowledge. E. If the Engineer violates this section, TxDOT may terminate the contract immediately for cause, may impose any sanction permitted by law, and may pursue any other remedy permitted by law.

Where the Contractor does not have such number or numbers, the Contractor must give the reason or reasons why the payee does not have such number or numbers.

  • SEC Filings and Press Releases To Agent and Lenders, promptly upon their becoming available, copies of: (i) all Financial Statements, reports, notices and proxy statements made publicly available by any Credit Party to its security holders; (ii) all regular and periodic reports and all registration statements and prospectuses, if any, filed by any Credit Party with any securities exchange or with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any governmental or private regulatory authority; and (iii) all press releases and other statements made available by any Credit Party to the public concerning material changes or developments in the business of any such Person.
