PRODUCT LIABILITY INDEMNIFICATION BY FLEXTRONICS. Flextronics shall defend, indemnify and hold Customer, its officers, employees, and agents harmless against any and all Losses arising directly or indirectly as a result of, or relating to, a breach of its representations or warranties under this Agreement or its obligations under sections 22.1 or 22.10, except to the extent that any such Losses are due to the negligence or wrongful acts of the Customer, its officers, employees, or agents.
