Common use of PRODUCT LIABILITY; WORKPLACE SAFETY; INDEMNIFICATIONS Clause in Contracts

PRODUCT LIABILITY; WORKPLACE SAFETY; INDEMNIFICATIONS. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Goods are intended for use as component parts in Integrated Products that are designed, manufactured or integrated by Buyer or Buyer’s integrator and that Seller does not play a role in the design or manufacture of, or the integration of the Goods into, such Integrated Products. The relationship of the Parties under this Agreement is that of independent contractors, and neither Buyer, nor Xxxxx’s integrator or customers shall be considered an employee or agent of Seller for any purpose.
