Common use of Product Maintenance Fee Clause in Contracts

Product Maintenance Fee. In partial consideration of the Product Maintenance Services set forth in Section 2.3, Reliant shall pay Cardinal Health an annual Product Maintenance Fee of [***] dollars ($[***]) for any Contract Year wherein Reliant purchases less than [***] Units of Product from Cardinal Health. For any year in which the Product Maintenance Fee is applicable, it shall be payable by December 31 of such Contract Year.
