Product Non-Compliance and Remedies. If a Batch of Product fails to conform to the Specifications due to the fault of Manufacturer or was not Manufactured in compliance with cGMP (if applicable) and the Manufacturing Process, then Manufacturer will, at RADIUS’ sole option:
