Common use of Product of Service -- Copyright Clause in Contracts

Product of Service -- Copyright. All materials developed or acquired by the Contractor under this Agreement shall become the property of the City and shall be delivered to the City no later than the termination date of this Agreement. Nothing developed or produced, in whole or in part, by the Contractor under this Agreement shall be the subject of an application for copyright or other claim of ownership by or on behalf of the Contractor.
