Product of Service -- Copyright. All materials developed or acquired by the Consultant under this Agreement shall become the property of the State of New Mexico and shall be delivered to the PSFA no later than the termination date of this Agreement. Nothing developed or produced, in whole or in part, by the Consultant under this Agreement shall be the subject of an application for copyright or other claim of ownership by or on behalf of the Consultant.
