Product Quality and Safety. Seller and its suppliers shall establish and maintain a quality management and counterfeit parts program consistent with current industry standards. To ensure product quality and safety, Seller shall establish and follow procedures to meet ▇▇▇▇▇’s provided specifications and ensure that appropriate personnel are made aware of their contribution to product and/or service conformity as we as their contribution to product safety.
