Common use of Product Quality, Warranty Claims Clause in Contracts

Product Quality, Warranty Claims. All VERITAS Products -------------------------------- manufactured, sold, licensed, leased or delivered in connection with the VERITAS Business conform in all material respects to applicable contractual commitments, express and implied warranties, and to VERITAS' Knowledge, there is no material Liability (nor any basis for any present or future action, suit, proceeding, hearing, investigation, charge, complaint, claim or demand giving rise to any material Liability) for replacement or repair thereof or other damages in connection therewith, except for such non-conformance as would not have a Material Adverse Effect on Newco.
