Common use of Product Registration in Territory Clause in Contracts

Product Registration in Territory. Distributor shall be responsible for registering the Products in the Territory (and any jurisdiction within the Territory, where applicable) and bear all costs. At any time, the Manufacturer may hold the Product registration in the Territory, in which case Manufacturer will reimburse Distributor for reasonable, out-of-pocket costs incurred in obtaining the registration.
