Product Requirements Document ("PRD Clause Samples
A Product Requirements Document ("PRD") clause defines the formal document that outlines the specifications, features, and requirements for a product to be developed. This clause typically details what information the PRD must contain, such as functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and timelines, and may specify the process for its approval or modification. By establishing a clear and agreed-upon set of product expectations, the PRD clause ensures that all parties involved have a mutual understanding of the project's scope and deliverables, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings and scope creep during development.
