PRODUCT SERVICING AND REPAIRS. Licensee will propose, prior to the sale of Trademarked Product at retail, a mechanism by which Licensee will respond to inquiries from consumers and third party appliance repair vendors regarding the operation of Trademarked Product and the procedures for obtaining parts for, or repairs to, Trademarked Product, which mechanism shall be designed to minimize any confusion with Licensor's existing customer service operations, or the existing customer service operation of other Licensees of the Trademarks. 14.6
