Common use of Product Specific Terms Clause in Contracts

Product Specific Terms. If Customer uses an Application that has additional terms and conditions specific to such Application, such product-specific terms and conditions, if any, shall be set forth as Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the parties shall comply with such additional terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, where Exhibit A is not attached to this Schedule, no such additional terms and conditions shall apply.‌
