Common use of Product Specification Clause in Contracts

Product Specification. The Product must be manufactured, packaged, labeled, and handled according to the Specifications, the Master Production Record, procedures mutually agreed to in writing between Customer and BVL and Applicable Law. Customer and BVL shall develop all in-process and Product release specifications, including acceptance limits for each required test. Establishment of appropriate test methods and supporting test method validation will be performed by BVL and approved by Customer. Each lot of Product manufactured by BVL for Customer will be sampled and tested in accordance with the Specification.
