Product Supply and Purchase. During the term of this Agreement, A123 shall supply and Xxxxx shall purchase the Products in accordance with Orders issued by Xxxxx and accepted by A123 in writing or by A123’s delivery of the ordered Products. Any pre-printed terms and conditions on Xxxxx’x Order shall not apply.
