Common use of Product Supply Clause in Contracts

Product Supply. 9.1. BioCancell will, at its own expense, supply to the Clinical Trial Site all necessary quantities of the drugs to be used in the Trial, and only for the purposes as described in the Protocol. Any surplus shall be returned to BioCancell without delay, upon completion of the Trial or termination of this agreement for any reason whichever is the earlier.

Product Supply. 9.110.1.
