Product Trademarks. As between the Parties, Licensee shall have the sole and exclusive right to determine and own the Product Trademarks trademarks to be used with respect to the Exploitation Commercialization of the Licensed Product Products in the Field in the Territory, which branding may vary by country and Licensed Product.
