Common use of Product Warranty Limitations Clause in Contracts

Product Warranty Limitations. The Product Warranty does not apply to: (a) any Good that has been subjected to abuse, misuse, neglect, negligence, accident, improper testing, improper installation, improper storage, improper handling, abnormal physical stress, abnormal environmental conditions or use contrary to any instructions issued by Seller;

Product Warranty Limitations. The Product Warranty does not apply toto any Materials that: (a) any Good that has have been subjected to abuse, misuse, neglect, negligence, accident, improper testing, improper installation, improper storage, improper handling, abnormal physical stress, abnormal environmental conditions or use contrary to any instructions issued by Seller;Supplier; (b) have been reconstructed, repaired, or altered by Persons other than Supplier or its authorized Representative; or (c) have been used with any third-party products that have not been previously approved in writing by Supplier.
