Production and Approvals. 3.1. Company will provide Corus with all Creative (defined below) except any Creative that Corus has agreed to produce, as set out in the Agreement (the “Corus Content”). 3.2. All Creative will be approved by both Parties in writing as promptly as possible prior to any public display.
