Common use of Production Check List Clause in Contracts

Production Check List. ‌ The Theatre will, no later than fifteen (15) business days prior to the first date of engagement for a production, supply Equity with a list of all Artists contracted for the production, each Artist's contractual fee and dates of engagement. The information provided on the checklist must be the most up to date and accurate information available at the time of filing. In the event that there are changes in the participants engaged for the production, contractual fees, or engagement dates the Theatre will be required to file another production checklist with the amendments reflecting the changes.
