Common use of Production Estimates Clause in Contracts

Production Estimates. No later than the Effective Date and thereafter no later than five (5) days prior to the start of each month, Plant Supplier shall provide Processor with a gas composition analyses and monthly volume forecast, i.e., monthly wellhead production estimates, daily pipeline nomination volumes, or other Field Delivery Point information for each Field Delivery Point (expressed in MCF per day).

Production Estimates. No later than Effective as of the Effective Date and thereafter no later than date of this Agreement, Processor requires from Plant Supplier five (5) days prior to the start of each month, Plant Supplier shall provide Processor with a month gas composition analyses L1214 and monthly volume forecast, i.e., i.e. monthly wellhead production estimates, daily pipeline nomination volumesvolume, or other Field Delivery Point delivery point information for any Gas that may be delivered into Southern’s Lines, for each Field Delivery Point (expressed in MCF per day).
