Production Goals. Subject to the provisions of the preceding subsection (a) and Sections 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 3.6, 3.7(b) and 3.8, Working Interest Owner will use all commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the rate of production from the Subject Xxxxx, taken as a whole, is sufficient to allow the delivery to Royalty Owner of the Scheduled Quantity and the Adjustment Quantity for such Day.

Production Goals. (a) The goals for the Monthly Rail Production Bonus are based on the time taken to unload trains. Minimum, target and stretch goals for time taken to unload trains are as per below. The Monthly Rail Production Bonus payment will be one of the following: (i) $130 for each employee if 75% of all trains that month are unloaded in a time of 125 minutes or less; (ii) $220 for each employee if 77% of all trains that month are unloaded in a time of 125 minutes or less; and (iii) $320 for each employee if 81% of all trains that month are unloaded in a time of 125 minutes or less. If, during the life of the Agreement, the wagon configurations change from the current amount of one-hundred and twenty four (124) wagons, then the target time of 125 minutes will be proportionately adjusted. (b) The Monthly Shipping Production Bonus will be paid based on $10 per ship that achieved the Planned Gross Loading Rate or greater for that ship. The Planned Gross Loading Rate is determined by logistics for each ship, and is specified in the ‘ships file’. Actual Gross Loading Rate is determined by dividing the tonnes loaded onto a ship by the time taken to load those tonnes. Time taken to load a ship is determined by “Completion Load Time minus Commence Load Time”. (c) The Annual Continuous Improvement Target is $1000 and is paid quarterly on achieving annual Continuous Improvement Target improvements identified and completed by the EA Team members.

  • Project Goals The schedule, budget, physical, technical and other objectives for the Project shall be defined.

A list of the certified MWBEs appearing in the Empire State Development (“ESD”) MWBE directory that were solicited for this Contract. Provide proof of dates or copies of the solicitations and copies of the responses made by the certified MWBEs. Describe specific reasons that responding certified MWBEs were not selected. 3. Descriptions of the Contract documents/plans/specifications made available to certified MWBEs by the Contractor when soliciting their participation and steps taken to structure the scope of work for the purpose of subcontracting with, or obtaining supplies from, certified MWBEs. 4. A description of the negotiations between the Contractor and certified MWBEs for the purposes of complying with the MWBE goals of this Contract. 5. Dates of any pre-bid, pre-award, or other meetings attended by Contractor, if any, scheduled by OGS with certified MWBEs whom OGS determined were capable of fulfilling the MWBE goals set in the Contract. 6. Other information deemed relevant to the request.
