Production Increases, Rescheduling Delivery. Company may, in writing, request increases in production volume or acceleration of open Purchase Order at any time. In the event that any requested change in the form, fit or function or Specification of any Product results in a significant increase in the cost of such Product, or in the length of time required for the manufacture or delivery thereof, then Kin Yat shall provide iRobot with a detailed cost analysis regarding such requested change using Open Book Pricing as contemplated under Section 9.1. Following iRobot’s acknowledgment of such detailed cost analysis, the Parties will negotiate in good faith an equitable adjustment to the Companyprice of such Product and/or expected changes to the delivery schedule for such Product.
