Common use of Production Partnership Capital Clause in Contracts

Production Partnership Capital. A. No Partner shall be paid interest on any Capital Contribution to the Production Partnership or on such Partner's Capital Account, notwithstanding any disproportion therein as between Partners. B. The Production Partnership shall not redeem any Partner's Interest. Except as provided in Sections 3.4, 6.1, 6.2 and 8.2, no Partner shall have the right to withdraw or receive any return of the Capital Contribution. Under circumstances involving a return of any Capital Contribution, no Partner shall have the right to receive any property other than cash, except as may otherwise be provided in Sections 6.1, 6.2 and 8.
