Production Reliability, Maintainability. The Contractor shall provide the necessary personnel, equipment, supplies and services required to plan, implement, and maintain a Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) program for production. The R&M characteristics of the SSDS equipment, as defined in CIDS, shall not be degraded during manufacturing and test.
