PRODUCTIVITY STANDARDS. The Company agrees to advise the Union Local Chair of changes in productivity standards within any classification group or department and will provide the Union the opportunity to submit any concerns it may have with the proposed changes in productivity standards prior to such standards being implemented. It is understood that the Company continues to maintain its rights in establishing productivity standards.
