Common use of Products and Materials Produced in Texas Clause in Contracts

Products and Materials Produced in Texas. If Contractor will provide services under the Contract, Contractor covenants and agrees that in performing its duties and obligations under the Contract, it will purchase products and materials produced in Texas when such products and materials are available at a price and delivery time comparable to products and materials produced outside of Texas.

If Contractor Consultant will provide services under the ContractAgreement, Contractor Consultant covenants and agrees that in performing its duties and obligations under the ContractAgreement, it will purchase products and materials produced in Texas when such products and materials are available at a price and delivery time comparable to products and materials produced outside of Texas.
