If we offer a download option for the Product in a container image then the Product will be provided in a container image that may also contain third party product(s) as identified in the Special Notices accompanying the Product, and subject to the additional licensing terms referenced in the Special Notices. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this XXXX, we make no representations or warranties and assume no indemnification obligations in regard to such third party product(s), its/their operation or its/their security.
