Products of Other Manufacturers. The right to use other manufacturers' products in connection with the Software will be limited to products specified by Spacelabs. Customer will remain solely responsible for: (i) the suitability of the Software as part of any system based on Software and on equipment of other manufacturers; (ii) the verification of the mutual compatibility of Software and the products of other manufacturers; and (iii) the intended purpose, limits of use and adequacy in the labeling and instructions for use of systems based on Software and on products of other manufacturers.
