Common use of Products to Supply Clause in Contracts

Products to Supply. The Joint Venture Company will manufacture Products for Intel in accordance with the Operating Plan and applicable Specifications, developed in response to Intel's Demand Forecast provided to the Joint Venture Company in accordance with Article 3 below.
