Products Under Development Clause Samples

The "Products Under Development" clause defines how products that are not yet commercially available or finalized are treated within the agreement. It typically outlines the parties' rights and obligations regarding access to, use of, or information about such products, and may specify whether these products are included in the scope of the contract or subject to separate terms. This clause helps manage expectations and reduces disputes by clarifying the status and handling of products that are still in the development phase.
