Professional Advisory Services requirements. 4.1 The Provider must provide the following Professional Advisory Services: (a) in relation to any Pharmaceutical it Dispenses to or for a Service User in accordance with clause 3 of this Schedule, undertake a check in accordance with legal and professional requirements, including to ensure that: (i) the Pharmaceutical specified in the Prescription Form is clinically appropriate for use by the Service User; and (ii) the Prescription Form: (1) meets all legal and professional requirements; and (2) meets the criteria for payment set out in the Pharmaceutical Schedule; and (b) provide, in accordance with professional standards and any relevant guidelines, professional advice and counselling to the Service User, as and when is clinically appropriate, to ensure that the Service User has sufficient knowledge to enable optimal therapy.
