PROFESSIONAL AGREEMENT. The policy set forth herein shall be provided to all teachers employed by the U.S.D. #511. PROFESSIONAL AGREEMENT. A. This Agreement is negotiated under Section 10-153a through 10-153j of the General Statutes of the State of Connecticut, as amended, in order to fix for its term the salaries and other conditions of employment provided herein.
B. This Agreement, including any changes mutually consented to, shall bind and inure to the benefit of both parties for the duration thereof. Written policies, rules and regulations, whether previously or subsequently adopted, which are in conflict with the Agreement, are superseded by this Agreement.
C. This Agreement is effective as of September 1, 2012, by and between the Franklin Board of Education (hereafter referred to as the Board) and the Franklin Education Association (hereafter referred to as the Association).
