Professional and Other Fees. The P.C. shall, in consultation with ProDent, establish a schedule of fees and charges for the Practice's professional services or shall comply with the schedule of fees and charges set forth in the health care contracts pursuant to which the P.C. provides services through its Professional Personnel.
