Professional Growth Activities. Classroom teachers may make requests to participate in professional growth activities. An application “mini grant” will be made to the PAR panel with the proposed scope of work, the defined goals, and a plan that supports sustainable professional growth (i.e. CTSP and curriculum standards) including peer collaboration. A final report will be provided to the PAR panel to share the work completed.

3.1 On or before the end of the prior school year, the Participating Teacher’s evaluator shall send a copy of the Participating Teacher’s unsatisfactory evaluation to the PAR Panel.
