Professional Liability, Errors and Omissions Coverage. 8.25.5.1 Insurance covering Subrecipient's liability arising from or related to this Subaward, with limits of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) per claim and two million dollars ($2,000,000) aggregate. Further, Subrecipient understands and agrees it shall maintain such coverage for a period of not less than three (3) years following this Subaward's expiration, termination or cancellation.
