The Board agrees to provide legal counsel and indemnify you against all uninsured financial loss arising out of any claim, demand, suit or judgment by reason of alleged negligence or other conduct resulting in bodily injury or other injury to any person or damage to the property of any person committed while you are acting within the scope of your employment or under the direction of the Board.
