PROFESSIONAL PROFICIENCY Clause Samples

The PROFESSIONAL PROFICIENCY clause establishes the requirement that individuals or entities performing services under the agreement must possess and maintain the necessary skills, qualifications, and expertise to carry out their duties competently. In practice, this means that service providers are expected to meet industry standards, hold relevant certifications or licenses, and stay updated with developments in their field. This clause ensures that the work delivered meets a certain quality threshold, thereby protecting the client from substandard performance and reducing the risk of errors or negligence.
