Professional Registration Sample Clauses

The Professional Registration clause requires that individuals or entities performing services under the agreement hold and maintain any necessary professional licenses, certifications, or registrations relevant to their field. This typically applies to professions such as engineers, architects, or healthcare providers, ensuring that only qualified and legally recognized professionals undertake the contracted work. By mandating proper registration, the clause helps ensure compliance with legal and industry standards, thereby protecting both parties from the risks associated with unqualified or unauthorized service providers.
