PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ATTACHMENT. Peak-Ryzex offers a variety of professional services, such as consulting, system design, software development, installation, mobility managed services, voice logistics, project management, service and support. Peak-Ryzex desires to provide to Customer, and Customer desires to obtain, the Professional Services as defined in an Order, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Professional Services Attachment (“Attachment”) and the Agreement. For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ATTACHMENT. This Attachment to the Master Business Agreement dated November 28, 2006 (the “MBA”), for the performance of Professional Services (this “Attachment”) is entered into as of the November 28, 2006 (the “Services Effective Date”) by and between Aetna Life Insurance Company (“Aetna”), a Connecticut corporation with its principal place of business located at 000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxx 00000 and Xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, Inc., a South Carolina corporation with its principal place of business located at 000 Xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, 00000 (“Supplier”). The terms and conditions of this Attachment, in conjunction with each applicable Schedule, are hereby incorporated into and made a part of the Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the MBA, this Attachment or a Schedule, or any other document made a part of this Attachment, the documents shall control in the following priority: the applicable Schedule, this Attachment, the MBA, then any other documents.
