Professional Services Consultant Liability Insurance. In addition to the professional liability insurance referenced above, the Professional Services Consultant agrees to maintain the following insurance coverage for the duration of the project or the term for which services will be rendered, and as long as necessary thereafter to cover claims with respect to its performance under this Agreement.
