Profile set-up. Within 14 days of the later of (i) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Ltd having received payment in full of the refundable deposit in cleared funds, and (ii) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Ltd having received all the information that it shall reasonably request from the Restaurant (including in relation to the Restaurant’s name, logo, address, contact information and menu (the “website profile)) in complete and correct form, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Ltd undertakes to set up the Restaurant’s Website Profile on the Website.
