Program Authorization. The Director is hereby authorized to carry out activities that will be funded from the annual CDBG, HOME, and ESG Programs from fiscal years 2024, 2025, and 2026 appropriations and from any program income generated from the expenditure of such funds.
Program Authorization. The Company represents to Seller, and Seller understands and agrees, that the Company will not authorize its Broker to purchase shares of Common Stock in the Primary Market pursuant to the Program (or any Purchase Plan thereunder) for an aggregate purchase price of more than $3,000,000 (exclusive of transaction costs); provided, that no representation is made, and no assurance can be given, to Seller that any additional shares of Common Stock will be purchased on behalf of the Company through its Broker in the Primary Market. The Company expressly reserves the right to discontinue the Program at any time (and to terminate any Purchase Plan thereunder in accordance with the terms thereof).
Program Authorization. The Secretary of Defense shall carry out a Troops-to-Teachers Program—
(1) to assist eligible members of the armed forces described in subsection (d) to meet the requirements necessary to become a teacher in a school described in paragraph (2); and
(2) to facilitate the employment of such members—
(A) by local educational agencies or char- ter schools that the Secretary of Education identifies as—
(i) receiving grants under part A of title I of the Elementary and Secondary Edu- cation Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 6301 et seq.) as a result of having within their jurisdic- tions concentrations of children from low- income families; or
(ii) experiencing a shortage of teachers, in particular a shortage of science, ▇▇▇▇▇- ▇▇▇▇▇▇, special education, foreign lan- guage, or career or technical teachers; and
(B) in elementary schools or secondary schools, or as career or technical teachers.
Program Authorization. County Director is hereby authorized to carry out activities that will be funded from the annual CDBG Programs from fiscal years 2018 and 2019 appropriations and from any income generated from the expenditure of such funds.
Program Authorization. The establishment of this Education Partnership is provided by DoD Directive 5535.08, Section 2.1(b)(1) (dated 22 September 2022) pursuant to the Education Partnership Act, Title 10 United States Code Section 2194. It is understood that this Education Partnership Agreement provides a framework to pursue cooperative educational collaborations. Any exchange of funds or other tangible resources in furthering the purposes of this Agreement will require execution of a separate written instrument, such as a contract, an Intergovernmental Personnel Agreement, or a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement.
