Program Contribution and Extension Fee. To obtain the right to offer the MPF Program, the Pittsburgh Bank shall pay the MPF Provider a one time Program Contribution in the amount of $750,000. The Pittsburgh Bank has already paid a first installment in the amount of $250,000. The remaining $500,000 shall be paid upon the execution of this Agreement. No additional Program Contribution shall be due on any renewal or extension of the Term of this Agreement except that an Extension Fee in the amount of $750,000 shall be payable by the Pittsburgh Bank to exercise the three-year renewal term that follows the one-year renewal period.
